Oh wow, alpine natural cuisine de luxe... in Tobias Bacher's Rauchkuchl
The Rauchkuchl was recommended to us by many...but in the end we were still pleasantly surprised...from a thoroughly perfect evening!

So let's start again: a classic à la carte menu does not await you here, it is a surprise menu, which the incredibly talented chef Tobias Bacher prepares with the support of Mama Theresia on the day. You will be in the right mood as soon as you arrive at this beautifully preserved and restored farm house, the Schwaigerlehen in the heart of Stuhlfelden. We were greeted friendly with a nice fruit sparkling wine and then there was an extensive culinary greeting from the kitchen...admittedly the only photo I took (because we were too enthusiastic from the first course onwards ;-)) Beef tartare, foamed beetroot butter, home-made warm bread, home-made sausages, venison etc...
The second course was a cauliflower soup with crumbled cauliflower (cauliflower) prepared in the Rauchkuchl, refined with differently cooked forms of the vegetables. This was followed by an incredibly good bacon and potato dumpling on sauerkraut... sounds down-to-earth but the taste was from a different world... covered with melted Mangaliza pork bacon... a dream. The main course was a beef filet with seasonal vegetables, seared to perfection and almost falling apart in the mouth... To round things off, there was an original Pinzgauer apple muas with honey-milk ice cream. In short, a menu of regional specialties prepared on the highest standard in a very cozy and authentic environment...just as it should be! And best of all, it was also an experience for the children...due to the easy atmosphere and little gifts like coloring books, stones, etc., they were particularly relaxed, so that we all enjoyed the evening to the fullest! So be sure to reserve early :-) Thank you, we enjoyed this culinary fireworks with you so much!
